The Carlos cabinet draws its inspiration from the works of Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Diez and his Op Art: the viewer becomes not a mere spectator but an active participant who interacts with the piece itself, altering its colors as the viewing perspective changes, experiencing the effect of a curtain that opens and closes.
Description
Carlos-on-the-base is the rendition of the Carlos sideboard installed on either a Minimal Design metal base with clean and geometric lines, a Mid-Century Modern bronzed metal base with a bourgeois and elegant touch, or finally, on a sculptural base that evokes a sense of dynamism and rhythm, known as the Jazz base.
